About the role
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Construction Technology SaaS cloud platform provider, for a Learning Experience Consultant to design and deliver blended learning solutions across their product environment. This role focuses on supporting onboarding, user adoption, and ongoing upskilling through a combination of client-facing training and digital learning design.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, and blended)
- Design and develop eLearning content using LXP and modern tools
- Support onboarding and continuous learning programmes
- Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and define solutions
- Measure and improve learning effectiveness using feedback and data
- Ensure consistency and quality across all learning content
- Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
