We are hiring on behalf of a leading SaaS Construction Technology company that is helping transform the built environment through digital innovation and collaboration platforms used on major infrastructure and construction projects globally. We are looking for a creative and technically strong Senior E-Learning Designer to join a growing Learning team based in Central London.
The Role
You will design and develop engaging, interactive digital learning experiences for B2B software users across the construction and infrastructure sector. This role combines instructional design, visual storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and modern E-learning development tools. You will work closely with product teams, trainers, customer success, and leadership to deliver high-quality learning content that supports customers' onboarding, product adoption, and internal learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive E-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Create engaging visuals, animations, videos, infographics, and learning assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to storyboard and deliver effective learning experiences
- Maintain and improve learning content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Ensure content quality, consistency, accessibility, and version control
- Support AI-driven and innovative approaches to E-learning development
- Manage learning assets, templates, and translated materials
- Analyse learning usage trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning development
- Strong experience with E-learning authoring tools and multimedia content creation
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learning design methodologies
- Familiarity with LXP platforms, SCORM/xAPI, and learning analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and project management capability
