About the role
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Construction Technology SaaS cloud platform provider, for a Learning Experience Consultant to design and deliver blended learning solutions across their product environment. This role focuses on supporting onboarding, user adoption, and ongoing upskilling through a combination of client-facing training and digital learning design.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, and blended)
- Design and develop eLearning content using LXP and modern tools
- Measure and improve learning effectiveness using feedback and data
- Ensure consistency and quality across all learning content
3–6 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Customer Training, or similar
- Strong understanding of the full learning lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation)
- Experience delivering blended learning (in-person + digital)
- Exposure to client-facing or customer training roles
- Professional experience delivering training in multiple languages
