About the Role
Protip UK is partnering with a global entertainment and media organisation to hire an AI Adoption Senior Paralegal to join their Legal & Business Affairs team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong legal or business affairs experience alongside hands-on exposure to AI and legal technology platforms such as Harvey. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving AI adoption, improving legal workflows, developing prompt libraries and playbooks, and supporting operational transformation across the legal function. The role sits within an international Legal & Business Affairs team covering Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate matters across television, film, digital media, branded entertainment, and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and best-practice usage of Harvey AI across the legal team
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across routine and complex legal workflows
- Build prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and workflow documentation within Harvey
- Audit existing legal processes and design improved AI-enabled workflows
- Deliver structured AI training sessions and ongoing coaching to legal stakeholders
- Create guidance documentation and standard operating procedures for AI usage
- Track adoption metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Evaluate new AI capabilities and integrate relevant features into legal operations
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience within a legal, business affairs, or legal operations environment
- Strong exposure to Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate legal matters
- Hands-on experience with Harvey or similar AI/legal technology platforms
- Experience supporting AI adoption, workflow optimisation, or legal transformation initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and documentation capability
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement initiatives
Desirable Experience
- Entertainment, media, television, film, or digital content industry experience
- Experience with change management or technology adoption projects
- Familiarity with commissioning, distribution, talent, or brand partnership agreements
- Understanding of AI governance, information security, and UK GDPR considerations
- Experience working within international or cross-functional legal teams

This role is focused heavily on AI enablement, workflow optimisation, and operational improvement within Legal & Business Affairs rather than traditional transactional paralegal work.
