Protip UK is partnering with a leading international Construction Technology SaaS organisation to hire a Professional Services Consultant to join their Customer Solutions team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience implementing SaaS platforms within the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate sectors, particularly those with exposure to Common Data Environments (CDEs), document control, BIM workflows, and information management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement enterprise SaaS/CDE platform solutions
  • Support onboarding, integrations, workflows, permissions, and data migration activities
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Customer Success, and client stakeholders
  • Gather business and technical requirements during workshops and discovery sessions
  • Deliver technical documentation, configuration guides, and handover materials
  • Support integration and interoperability with third-party systems
  • Ensure implementations align with ISO 19650 and digital construction best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, document control, and asset information management
  • Experience configuring enterprise platforms or CDE solutions
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with platforms such as Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows and ISO 19650
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, or real estate environments
  • Exposure to automation, scripting, or low-code tools
