Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiter acquisition: source, pitch, close, and expand accounts.
- Identify and onboard high-performing recruiters and boutique agencies.
- Build and refine outbound systems to generate a consistent pipeline.
- Grow strategic agency relationships and drive long-term value.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute scalable GTM strategies.
Key Requirements
- 3–8 years in sales, partnerships, or business development within a fast-paced startup.
- Proven outbound success and ability to independently generate pipeline.
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools (e.g., Attio, Clay, Smartlead).
- Bonus: experience in recruiting, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
