The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance & Management Systems Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis.
This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting and maintaining many of the accreditations, certifications and compliance frameworks that underpin our business. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure our management systems remain effective, audit‑ready and continuously improving.
The primary focus of the role will be maintaining and supporting:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management
- BBA Certification maintenance and supporting documentation
- CAS (Common Assessment Standard)
- PAS accreditation frameworks
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, process management, document control and continuous improvement. Previous experience supporting ISO management systems, compliance frameworks or quality processes would be highly advantageous, although we are open to candidates with transferable experience from quality, governance, administration or other regulated industries.
Whilst training and support will be provided to help the successful candidate develop an understanding of our management systems and accreditation frameworks, we are seeking someone who can bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining robust, audit‑ready systems.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Maintain and administer company management systems and accreditation records.
- Coordinate annual surveillance and recertification audits.
- Support internal audit programmes and monitor corrective actions.
- Maintain and monitor the company accreditation and certification register, ensuring all audits, surveillance visits, renewals and associated actions are planned and completed in a timely manner.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring policies, procedures and records remain accurate and current.
- Assist departments in maintaining compliance with established management systems.
- Coordinate evidence gathering for audits, assessments and certification renewals.
- Support the maintenance of BBA certification records and associated documentation.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing compliance of CCPI, CAS and PAS requirements.
- Monitor legislative, regulatory and industry standard updates and communicate relevant changes internally.
- Produce reports, KPI data and management information relating to compliance activities.
- Maintain training, competency and compliance records where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Work collaboratively with operational, technical, sales, marketing and management teams to ensure compliance objectives are achieved.

- Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001.
- Experience supporting audits or certification processes.
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering or other regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with BBA certification processes.
- Understanding of CCPI, CAS, PAS or similar compliance frameworks.
- Internal auditor qualification or quality management experience.
- Experience with document control systems and compliance administration.
