Intro to the Role
Join Protein Works as our Marketplaces Executive and help get our products live, looking sharp and selling well on Amazon and TikTok Shop across the UK, Germany, France and Ireland.
This is a junior, hands-on ecommerce role based at our Liverpool campus, and it's a brilliant early step into the world of online marketplaces. Our Senior Marketplaces Manager sets the plan. Your job is to make it happen: build and update our product pages, load prices and deals, keep an eye on stock, and fix problems before customers ever notice them.
You'll see the results of your work in real numbers, fast. Put a deal live for Prime Day and watch it sell. Spot a product page that isn't converting, improve it and see sales climb. Every week you'll look at what moved, work out why, and suggest what we should do next.

What You'll Do
- Build and update our product pages on Amazon and TikTok Shop (titles, descriptions, images, video and brand stores) so every product looks great and gives customers the right information.
- Get new products live on time in every market, working with our Brand and Design team and checking every image and word before it goes up.
- Load prices, deals and vouchers, set up big sales moments like Prime Day and Black Friday, and check everything is working properly on the day.
- Check sales, stock and account health every day, work with Supply Chain to keep products in stock, and jump on problems like blocked listings or other sellers undercutting us.
- Keep an eye on competitors, reviews and what Amazon's AI shopping assistant, Rufus, says about us, and turn what you find into simple ideas to help our products win.
- Own a weekly report showing what sold, what changed and why, and share clear suggestions on what we should do next.
Ideal Candidate
- Some experience in ecommerce, online retail or marketplaces, whether that's a first role, a placement or a graduate job. Hands-on Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) or TikTok Shop experience is a big plus.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets: you're happy working with lots of numbers and can quickly spot when something doesn't look right.
- A sharp eye for detail. A wrong price or a typo in a product title bugs you, and you'll fix it before anyone else notices.
- Organised enough to juggle lots of small tasks across different marketplaces and countries without dropping the ball.
- You own your work: when something goes wrong, you fix it and are able learn from it.
- Curious and hungry to learn, and you want to be part of a brand that's growing fast.
