Protein Works is a high-growth DTC nutrition brand with a clear mission: help people live healthier, happier lives through the power of nutrition. We’re hiring a highly organised, detail-obsessed Junior Product Marketing Executive to work closely with our Junior Brand Manager and Brand Director, taking the lead in reviewing every product page across platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency, and flagging opportunities for optimisation within our IQC (Item Quality Control) framework.

While the Brand Director and Junior Brand Manager set the roadmap and improvement strategy, you will own the execution - ensuring every product page across Amazon, D2C, TT, and other marketplaces is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and performing at the highest level. You will monitor scores, flag issues, execute updates, and maintain meticulous compliance, making sure every page is spot-on, squeaky clean, and conversion-ready.

While housed in the Brand team, you will liaise closely with cross-functional teams, including Performance, Acquisition, Commercial, and Loyalty, to ensure content updates are executed consistently, insights are shared, and the brand experience is seamless across all touchpoints.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
  • Own the IQC/content quality scores day-to-day across Amazon, D2C, TT, and other marketplaces.
  • Monitor each product’s score to ensure all PDPs meet or exceed brand and compliance standards.
  • Flag gaps in imagery, copy, product specifications, or compliance that could impact performance.
  • Work with internal Brand teams to execute updates and improvements, ensuring scores are maximised.
  • Leverage AI to conduct ongoing compliance checks on all content, ensuring every claim, proof statement, and copy element is fully compliant.
  • Track progress, approvals, and completion within the IQC system, keeping accountability and transparency high.
Content & Page Management
  • Review, flag, and track all content updates across D2C, Amazon, TT, and other marketplaces.
  • Maintain product page hygiene, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage imagery, copy refreshes, and product positioning in collaboration with Web and Media teams.
  • Own ticketing and change request processes, keeping logs up to date and progress transparent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work across Brand, Performance, Commercial, Web, Media, and Loyalty teams to deliver updates accurately and on time.
  • Act as the bridge between teams, ensuring IQC updates, insights, and optimisations are actioned and communicated.
What Success Looks Like
  • You own the IQC operationally: every update, ticket, and change is executed flawlessly.
  • Every page and asset is accurate, compliant, and squeaky clean from an ASA perspective.
  • Cross-department collaboration is seamless, ensuring alignment and consistency across all content.
  • You maintain a proactive, obsessive approach to detail, catching issues before they arise.
  • Insights from content performance and customer feedback are used to continuously improve processes.
You’ll Be a Key Player In
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised – you notice every detail.
  • Passionate about brand, nutrition, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple departments.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Thrives on ownership and running processes end-to-end, especially the IQC system.
The Things You’ll Nail As Standard
  • Ensuring all brand touchpoints meet and exceed performance benchmarks, from page hygiene, maintenance and brand growth to campaign execution, evolution and performance.
  • Delivering actionable insights from data, ensuring continuous improvement in brand strategies.
  • Maintaining an organised, proactive approach to tracking schedules, deadlines, and team progress.
  • Upholding the brand’s reputation through meticulous management of tasks, schedules, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand initiatives.
  • Be a central and compelling advocate of the Protein Works brand, our customers, and customers’ experience both on and off site.
  • Be conscious, accountable for, and supportive of the rest of the business in driving targeted YoY growth and revenue in all regions.

  • Excellent communicator and team player, fostering positive collaboration with teams and stakeholders across functions.
