This role is all about hands-on creativity and problem-solving through design, delivering high-quality visual assets that bring our products and brand to life.
As our Digital Designer, you'll support the day-to-day production of digital artwork and content for our website and wider brand ecosystem, and you'll be passionate about creating polished, on-brand creative that stays consistent across every customer interaction.
Alongside strong design fundamentals, you'll embrace AI-powered creative workflows as part of your everyday toolkit, using the latest AI design, editing, image generation and productivity tools to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new creative possibilities while never letting quality or brand standards slip.
You'll play an active part in solving creative challenges alongside the wider Brand & Design team, whether that's photo editing, storyboarding, refining imagery, generating concepts with AI, or streamlining production through smarter workflows.

What You'll Do
- Own the production of digital assets across banners, email, social, and website, keeping everything sharp, consistent, and on-brand
- Drive AI-powered creative workflows into everyday production, using tools like Firefly and other AI image generation and editing platforms to speed up ideation and output
- Partner with the Brand and Creative teams to turn ideas into storyboards, mock-ups, and AI-generated concepts that resonate with customers
- Build and maintain organised asset and prompt libraries so the wider team can move faster
- Shape how AI is adopted responsibly across the creative team, spotting opportunities to automate repetitive work without losing creative quality
- Support product photography and shoot preparation, including AI pre-visualisation and post-production artwork

- Solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and modern digital design tools
- Genuinely confident using AI creative tools (image generation, AI-assisted editing, prompt writing) as part of your everyday process, not as a gimmick
