The Role: Junior Digital Artworker

Nested within our Brand & Design Tribe, this role is all about hands-on artwork execution, delivering a wide range of high-quality visual assets that bring our products and brand to life.

As our Junior Digital Artworker, you support the day-to-day production of digital images for our website and other digital touchpoints in our ecosystem. You\’re the go-to for making new artwork creatives while making sure all output looks polished and remains consistent to ensure our brand guidelines. You play an active part in creating digital content, refining imagery for use across channels, and exploring layout solutions that elevate our visuals and keep everything on-brand.

Working closely with Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you support design initiatives and campaigns with digital artwork that’s clear and cohesive.

You’re detail-oriented, structured, and bring a thoughtful, can-do energy to everything you touch.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt digital assets including product page imagery, promo banners, category banners, social images, and email visuals that align with brand and style guidelines.
  • Support in editing and retouching imagery for use across digital and campaign platforms.
  • Assist with the production and formatting of artwork across a range of sizes and formats.
  • Respond to design briefs with attention to detail, making sure output is brand-accurate, consistent, and to a high standard.
  • Provide hands-on support across design tasks such as cropping, resizing, versioning, and basic layout creation.
  • Help maintain our asset libraries and file organisation systems to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Take feedback constructively and make edits quickly and accurately.

  • Keeping our digital visuals consistent across touchpoints, from homepage graphics to campaign rollouts.
