German Customer Experience Executive role at Protein Works.

Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in driving change from a service-based to experience-based approach to customer management.
  • Take on the implementation of core KPIs to measure effectiveness in executing the new Wow strategy.
  • Relentlessly focus on increasing Trust Pilot and NPS ratings in all countries to be best in class.
  • Deliver personalised advice reactively and proactively to customers through various communication methods (phone, live chat, email, social media).
  • Manage real-time social media DMs, helping to build communities and deliver a real-time, personalised experience.
  • Handle operational elements of the customer’s experience with the brand including order and delivery queries.
  • Manage daily tasks and output to meet KPIs and exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver personal and on-brand experiences to customers.
  • Ensure the brand is represented to the highest degree in all interactions across all countries at all times.

  • Language capabilities and high standard of written and spoken German.
  • Customer service or sales experience demonstrating ability to handle people effectively.
  • Proven track record of self-development and delivering to target.
