German Customer Experience Executive role at Protein Works.
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in driving change from a service-based to experience-based approach to customer management.
- Take on the implementation of core KPIs to measure effectiveness in executing the new Wow strategy.
- Relentlessly focus on increasing Trust Pilot and NPS ratings in all countries to be best in class.
- Deliver personalised advice reactively and proactively to customers through various communication methods (phone, live chat, email, social media).
- Manage real-time social media DMs, helping to build communities and deliver a real-time, personalised experience.
- Handle operational elements of the customer’s experience with the brand including order and delivery queries.
- Manage daily tasks and output to meet KPIs and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver personal and on-brand experiences to customers.
- Ensure the brand is represented to the highest degree in all interactions across all countries at all times.
