We have recently opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Speke, Liverpool. This modern facility is designed for efficiency and convenience, offering excellent transport links via car, bus, and bike lanes. It is also situated in a vibrant area with nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it an ideal location to work.

Our Production facility is offering a Supervisor the opportunity to work 5 set shifts a week Monday - Friday on our daytime shift 6am-2:30pm. With a bonus structure in place once a 6 month probation is completed total basic salary will be £32,200 per year but paid as an hourly rate at £15.51 (£14.10 while in probation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve high performance.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure safe working practices.
  • Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
  • Report on key performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
