Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact? We are looking for a talented Principal Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance of our Protegrity products and ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Manager/Director of Product Performance Engineering and other team members to understand and evaluate the performance of our products.
- Develop and enhance performance evaluation scopes, execute tests, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Engage with customers to understand and resolve performance issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve our products.
- BE or BTech in Computer Engineering degree with 8-10 years real full time on the job experience in software product performance preferably for a software product company.
- Strong expertise in Linux Shell Scripting and computer system monitoring.
- Proficiency in application programming and computer systems.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of modern computing concepts like Cloud, Containerization, and micro-services.
- Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of computer science.
