JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our marketing and PR functions. You will work closely with our marketing executives to support client deliverables and internal projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with media, KOLs, influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure schedules and activities are aligned
- Prepare project materials, presentations, media decks, and reports
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Assist in keeping the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital assets updated
- Support daily operations across departments as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong proficiency in English
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good organisational abilities
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Available to work in the office for
➢ 2 full days per week, or
➢ 4 half days per week
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- An interest in the F&B industry and a passion for food
