Role Overview
The Vendor Onboarding Executive will guide vendors through the onboarding process, from initial registration to being fully operational on Sportona’s platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring their journey is smooth and their needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist vendors in creating and completing their profiles on the platform.
- Guide vendors through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and timely support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding challenges vendors may face.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor queries or concerns.
