You'll speak with existing customers at important moments in their protection journey, whether they're considering cancelling their policy, have missed a payment, or simply need support reviewing their cover. By taking the time to understand each customer's circumstances, you'll help them make informed decisions about their protection. This could involve helping a customer get their policy back on track after a missed payment, exploring options when affordability is a concern, or reviewing their existing cover to ensure it still meets their needs.

As customers' lives change, so do their protection requirements. Through meaningful conversations and thoughtful questioning, you'll identify opportunities to enhance their cover and ensure they have the right protection in place for themselves and their loved ones. Every conversation is different, but the goal remains the same: delivering a great customer experience whilst helping as many families as possible remain protected.
