Within QA, we have two customers: our colleagues (internal) and the public (external). Delivering fair outcomes and clear, supportive communication is at the heart of everything we do.
This role is about more than monitoring quality - it’s about becoming a trusted partner across the business. You’ll work closely with revenue-generating teams and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful insight, drive improvements, and ultimately ensure great outcomes for our customers while protecting the business from risk.
You’ll be responsible for auditing phone-based activity in line with company and FCA requirements, documenting your observations, and providing evidence-based feedback and coaching to support colleague development. Whether delivering feedback face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing, strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail will be key to your success.
