The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our servers, networks, and key systems, ensuring the highest levels of performance and security. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the final escalation point for the IT helpdesk, resolving complex technical issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.
- Managing and maintain the Windows Server 2016 domain environment and above.
- Administering and supporting Linux based systems.
- Taking responsibility for the diagnosis and resolution of system service issues.
- Participating in and leading a variety of IT projects, including significant infrastructure upgrades and the introduction of new technologies.
- Collaborating with the wider technology team on the development of innovative solutions that advance the business.
- Administering key systems including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, our CRM, and phone systems.

- Exceptional understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016 and above) and Active Directory.
- Some experience with Linux Server Management.
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft Exchange and/or Exchange Online.

- Excellent problem-solving mindset with a logical and proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information clearly to those without a technical background.
