About the Role You\’ll be responsible for coordinating surveying operations, ensuring technical compliance, and managing key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage on-site surveying works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and H&S regulations. Liaise with stakeholders, including third-party building representatives and project teams. Conduct site inspections and support accurate data reporting and quality assurance. Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid working environment. Required Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of experience in surveying or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in the UK. Degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with construction/surveying software is an advantage. Two weeks of accommodation provided at the beginning of the assignment. Option to be based in London (corporate offices) with occasional travel to site in Birmingham – all travel costs covered. Alternatively, you may be based full-time in Birmingham. 22 working days of vacation per year, plus 8 bank holidays. 15 working days of sick leave. Two weeks of paid paternity leave.
