A little bit about our role: We are seeking an Implementation Advisor to join our team in EMEA London team. You will focus on analysis of customer requirements and support and lead customers through successful implementations as well as training stakeholders and producing creative solutions based on customers’ requirements. This role would suit those who have interest in technology based solutions (preferably in Risk Management), are tech savvy, and possess strong analytical skills.
Some of the things you get to do as a System Implementation Advisor:
- User requirements gathering
- Liaise with internal resources, customer resources, and third parties as needed
- Work across teams to support Protecht.ERM client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirements
- Perform implementations for internal stakeholders
- Build customer-facing artifacts like presentations, project plans, data schemas, migration guides, and long-term success plans
- Build forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM
- Help design and implement improvements to clients’ configurations of Protecht.ERM
- Deliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshops
- Provide supporting documentation for the implemented solutions
Who You are? You are an Implementation professional who is an expert multi-tasker with experience ideally gained in a similar role or keen to make your mark in SaaS Implementation with a passion for risk. You like to be busy and have fun and want to work with a fantastic team! You have hands on experience engaging with customers and you are all about delivering awesome outcomes to your customers. Also, you will have a strong desire to learn and take the initiative when needed and you will also have:
- An interest in technology-based solutions/SaaS
- Project Management & analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Passionate about risk and compliance management or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in SaaS environment or willingness to learn SaaS
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
- Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- Be a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised and solutions focused
- Knowledge of Java Script would be highly regarded
This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days in London office.
