A little bit about our role
Due to growth, we have a new role for a BI Analytics Consultant to join our team in London in a hybrid role. As an integral member of our Analytics team, the BI Analytics Consultant is responsible for design, development, implementation and support of mission‑critical business reports and dashboards. Working with cross‑functional teams, you will gather and document reporting requirements and turn these into colourful dashboards and insightful business reports.
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript is essential
- Demonstrated experience in BI and data visualisation
- Exposure to programming – coding experience and an understanding of how to extract data and build reports and code would be highly regarded
- Problem‑solving skills – the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- Experience in a client‑facing role and experience working in remote environments and building strong customer relationships
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learn
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal stakeholders
- Flexible, collaborative approach to working with broad cross‑functional teams
