Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a Cladding (Recladding) project based in Brentford, London. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in cladding and re-cladding installations.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress to Contacts Manager.
- Leading site teams.
- Conducting quality and safety inspections.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Maintaining quality control checks.
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
- Ensuring that works are completed safely.
- Attending site meetings.
Essential Skills:
- Experience as a site manager.
- Good systems knowledge of various facades and cladding.
- Good management & time keeping skills.
- Driving License.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
