Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a 5* residential developer. We are one of the largest residential developers in the UK, building attractive and sustainable homes and communities, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom houses.
Role Description: A full-time on-site role based in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Production Manager will oversee dayβtoβday operations, manage site teams and production schedules, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensure quality control, and optimise production processes to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience in new housebuilding for volume developers
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
