This is for London and Surrounding Areas Department Function The Cladding Remediation Team is established to assess and remediate fire safety defects in medium and high-rise buildings across the groups legacy portfolio of developments across England, Scotland, and Wales.
To the standards agreed with the nations governments, the team will assess each building, and where remediation is required, will deliver a suitable remediation scheme to rectify the building.
The technical function within the team will ensure projects are designed and delivered in a technically robust manner, ensuring compliant remediation schemes are delivered to meet legislative and regulatory standards.
As a member of the team you will be directly contributing to improving the safety of buildings, and providing assurance to residents through our customer-focused approach to remediation.
