Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team of a luxury residential developer with a site located in Greenwich, London. The current project will involve the division and conversion of a traditional historic building into 7 high-end units whilst preserving the original façade. Due to the unique nature of this development, experience with luxury developments is required. The developer has a pipeline of further projects and plans to increase their yearly output.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
- Managing all activity to ensure the successful implementation of the build programme.
- Maximising the performance of all site personnel and all outside contractors.
- Ensuring best practices with regard to Health and Safety and Fire prevention.
- Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the company’s Quality Control procedures.
- Maintaining accurate reporting and internal and external communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects.
- Experience with high-end residential conversions of historic buildings beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple trades confidently.
- SMSTS qualified.
