Project Manager – Refurbishment
Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a large-scale refurbishment project in Paddington, London.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in Design & Build refurbishment works on both residential/ student accommodation properties. This exciting project includes the complete strip out and refurbishment of 300+ student apartments and communal areas including a gym, cinema
Responsibilities
- Preparation and management of the contract programme, in conjunction with the Contract Manager
- Managing and delivering the projects on time and within budget
- Leading a team of Site Managers, and Sub Contractors.
- Ensuring that works are completed safely
- Attending site meetings
- Handing over completed projects to clients
- Liaising with the design team and commercial on any site variations
Essential Skills
- Project Management
- Clean Driving License
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Good IT skills with knowledge of specific build and project management platforms and industry-relevant software
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret and understand CAD and hand-drafted plans and drawings
Salary – Up to £65K plus package
