  • Drive a high-performance culture by embedding effective performance management processes, clear objectives and meaningful development plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

  • Significant experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner within a large, fast-paced, multi-site commercial organisation.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business performance and translate this into effective people solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Confident influencing and coaching senior leaders, building credibility and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using HR data and people analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
  • A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively where required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
