08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours) £15.75ph PAYE

We are seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support a technical service team within a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating service activities, supporting field engineers, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, reactive callouts, follow-up appointments, commissioning tasks, and additional service work.
  • Plan and organise engineer schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including updating job information within internal systems.
  • Coordinate the availability of spare parts and equipment required for scheduled service work and repairs.
  • Support engineers with operational requirements and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good IT literacy and experience with business systems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
