We are seeking a skilled and motivated Box Builder to join the Box Build team. This role involves assembling cabinets and electro-mechanical units to customer specifications and drawings while maintaining excellent quality standards and efficient production output. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality products in line with company objectives and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities as a Box Builder:
- Assemble cabinets and electro-mechanical units to customer drawings and build standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
- Carry out mechanical assembly work accurately and efficiently
- Perform soldering and crimping tasks where required
- Maintain a consistently high level of workmanship and quality
- Work to production schedules and delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures
- Use measuring tools accurately to verify assembly quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
