We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join the production team. You will be responsible for assembling cables and units to customer specifications and drawings while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production deadlines.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in cable assembly, soldering, and crimping who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Cable Assembler
- Assemble cables and units to customer specifications and company standards
- Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
- Carry out soldering and crimping to a high standard
- Maintain high levels of quality and workmanship
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures
- Use measuring tools accurately to check product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Work collaboratively within the team
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
Skills & Experience as a Cable Assembler
- Ability to read and understand drawings and build instructions
- Experience with soldering and crimping
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
