We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager. This position plays a key role in leading our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer expectations. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager:

  • Manage and report on the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct internal audits in line with the company's audit schedule.
  • Host external audits, customer visits, and accreditation inspections.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain company procedures, policies, and documentation.
  • Analyse and present quality data and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Prepare and distribute internal and customer quality reports.
  • Oversee non-conformity investigations and CAPA processes.
  • Coordinate and manage the company's training and competency programme.

Qualifications/Experience as a Quality Manager:

  • Strong working knowledge of ISO9001.
  • ISO 14001 knowledge and ISO 13485 Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, methodical approach.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting a QMS within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Sound understanding of ISO standards and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience working at a management or leadership level.
