What you will be doing:
- Running and monitoring large-scale production equipment in a cleanroom setting
- Following GMP and SOPs to ensure every product meets strict quality standards
- Carrying out in-process checks and maintaining accurate batch documentation
- Supporting production line changeovers, setups, and hygiene routines
- Driving continuous improvement across safety, efficiency, and quality
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or similar)
- A keen eye for detail and strong documentation skills
- Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
- A valid driving licence and access to your own transport (due to shift patterns)
