About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing tasks, including assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), programming devices, and supporting wave-solder operations.
Main Duties
- Identifying and placing electronic components onto PCBs
- Removing PCBs from panels and preparing them for coating
- Applying masking and protective caps for the wave-solder process
- Inserting components into a manual programming jig
- Adding serial number labels to devices
- Checking component placement, position, and orientation
- Completing process control paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in electronics assembly or production
- Candidates with Wave-Solder experience
- Experience running CMS400 machinery is highly desirable
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
