Are you a hands-on Engineering Technician with experience supporting production equipment, scientific instruments or electromechanical systems? We are working with an innovative healthcare technology company that is looking for an Engineering Technician to support a range of development, testing and equipment improvement activities within a regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team where you will play a key role in equipment maintenance, fault finding, product testing and process support.
The Role
Working alongside engineers and scientists, you will support internal development programmes, assist with equipment improvements and help ensure production and testing equipment remains operational and reliable. Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out repairs, modifications and maintenance activities on production and test equipment
- Diagnosing faults and supporting root cause investigations
- Performing product, component and reliability testing
- Assisting with the qualification and commissioning of simple production equipment
- Supporting cGMP compliance within a pilot production environment
- Maintaining and calibrating engineering and laboratory equipment
- Recording and maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Supporting engineering projects and continuous improvement activities
