Our client is a leading electronics manufacturer in the UK and is looking for a SMT Operator to join their team.
SMT Operator Requirements:- Operating and maintaining the solder paste machine
- Operating and maintaining the SMT line (including programming and component loading)
- Operating and maintaining the Reflow Oven
- Operating the AoI machine (including programming and report handling)
- Carry out manual PCBA inspection
- Ensuring product serialisation
- Maintaining department equipment to ensure fit for use
- Adherence to relevant IPC standards
- Provide reports and feedback to Technical Manager
- Work within DSLs Quality Management systems
- Offer improvements to current systems and working practices to ensure continual improvement
- Work to a high standard
- Maintain an organized and tidy work environment
