Our client is a leading electronics manufacturer in the UK and is looking for a PCB Assembler to join their team.
PCB Assembler Requirements:- Expertise and experience in assembling Printed Circuit Boards to a high standard
- Solder conventional components efficiently and accurately to IPC-A-610, class 2 and 3 standards
- Experience in SMT rework
- Conduct thorough visual inspections to confirm relevant IPC-A-610 Class standard
- Check assembled circuit boards to ensure they are correctly assembled and meet established standards
- Test assembled circuit boards to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Maintain accurate records of circuit board assembly
- Work within a manufacturing environment building assemblies and working within a team to build complete assemblies
- Follow drawings and written instructions accurately to build assemblies
- Assemble a wide variety of products for the Aerospace industry
- Undertake a wide variety of duties including mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering
