We're looking for an Electronics Quality Manager to take ownership of product quality and help shape the future of high-performance electronic systems.

About the Role:

As our Electronics Quality Manager, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards. You will lead quality assurance across the product lifecycle, from supplier audits to final product testing a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of product quality assurance for electronic components and assemblies
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in line with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC)
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues, working closely with engineering, production, and suppliers
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive product reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key quality metrics and report to senior management
  • Support internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the electronics or manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes and inspection standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, ISO 9001)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with tools such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Quality management qualifications desirable (e.g., Lead Auditor, Six Sigma certification)
