Location: Luton Hourly Rate: £19/hour (Ltd co) – Outside IR35 Hours: 38 per week Overview We require 2 Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our client on a contract basis until the end of March 2025. Due to deadlines and expected orders, there is a strong possibility that this will be extended later than this, along with some overtime as well. We are looking for someone with strong Soldering, Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Wiring skills – any IPC training or exposure would be beneficial but is not essential Responsibilities Read and interpret electronic drawings, diagrams, and schematics. Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and standards. Use hand tools and soldering equipment to solder and connect components. Inspect and test assembled electronic products to ensure functionality and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or component issues. Keep accurate records of assembly and test results. Background / Experience Proven experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with IPC standards for electronics assembly. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and drawings. Proficient in using hand tools and soldering equipment. Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Day-to-Day Assembling electronic assemblies and systems according to specifications. Reading and interpreting electronic drawings and schematics. Testing and inspecting assembled products for functionality and quality. Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues. Keeping accurate records of assembly and test results
