Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: High Wycombe Salary: Β£28,000 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our clients production team. You will be responsible for the precise assembly of electro-mechanical components and systems in line with engineering documentation, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler Assemble electro-mechanical components using hand tools (e.g., cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers) and soldering irons, following work instructions, engineering drawings, and verbal guidance. Complete tasks efficiently while adhering to the company\’s Quality Management System (QMS). Communicate effectively with cell supervisors about work progress, delays, and quality issues. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, following 5S, health & safety, and environmental policies. Participate in training for additional equipment or processes as needed. Perform other related tasks, including non-product-specific assignments.Qualifications & Skills as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to accurately interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. Skilled in the use of basic hand tools and soldering equipment. Experience using measurement tools such as voltmeters, continuity testers, force gauges, micrometres, and vernier callipers.
