What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, assisting with billing, contract details, and general account-related questions.
- Managing customer orders, processing returns, and arranging replacements for equipment as needed.
- Supporting new customers through the onboarding process, overseeing their orders, and ensuring their installation or setup runs smoothly.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Collaborating with internal departments, including technical support and operations, to maintain a seamless customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- Background in customer service, administration, or operations (experience in the telecoms sector is beneficial but not required).
- Strong communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident when speaking on the phone and writing emails.
- Well-organised with great attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident using internal systems to handle orders, monitor returns, and keep accurate customer records.
