Job Title: CMM Programmer Location: West Drayton Rate: £30 per hour (via Umbrella Company) Contract Length: 6 months min About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our client\’s quality assurance team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong metrology and inspection experience, ideally within a precision engineering or aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify CMM programs to ensure accurate measurement of precision-engineered components. Use software such as PC-DMIS or similar to create inspection routines. Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections. Analyse CMM data and generate detailed inspection reports. Liaise with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. Requirements Proven experience as a CMM Programmer within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Proficiency with PC-DMIS or other CMM software (please specify). Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to operate via an umbrella company
