  • Use of a Warehouse Management System

  • Understanding Financial and Budgetary controls

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations during assigned shift
  • Conduct shift briefings, task assignments and performance checks
  • Champion and enforce health and safety
  • Promote and support the wellbeing of all colleagues on shift
  • Coordinate with planning, inventory, and technical teams to resolve any operational issues
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy are achieved
  • Delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Responsible for ensuring the operation consistently meets the requirements of the customer
  • Delivery of a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
  • Ensure good employee relations are maintained and that strong working relationships are developed
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Compliance to audits
  • Develop new initiatives to improve operational efficiencies
  • Facilities Management by minimizing damage through effective operating processes
  • Ensure a culture of trust
