The Role
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, Linked In, databases and referrals.
- Conducting telephone interviews.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Screening candidates against technical and client requirements.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation.
- Building long-term relationships with aviation professionals worldwide.
About You
- Previous recruitment or recruitment resourcing experience.
