Protec Services is a growing IT and Security company looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician to join our friendly team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both business and residential clients across a wide range of IT systems, networking, infrastructure, and support environments. No two days are ever the same!
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing Level 3 IT support onsite and remotely
- Assisting onsite network technicians with secondary fixing as required
- Configuration, installation and supporting onsite infrastructure to include but not limited to firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi links, servers, VOIP/SIP/PBX, CCTV, PC's, broadbands, printers etc.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Hyper-V, VMware, and server environments
- Visiting client sites for installations and support
