Typical Responsibilities

  • Be fully competent through in-house training in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
  • Represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Assist project teams with technical tasks.
  • Produce project documentation in line with Company SMP’s and ensure correct use of cloud files.
  • Attend internal coordination/design meetings.
  • Issue project documents to internal/external engineers for approval.
  • Produce deliverables in line with project programs.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.
