Typical Responsibilities
- Be fully competent through in-house training in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
- Represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
- Assist project teams with technical tasks.
- Produce project documentation in line with Company SMP’s and ensure correct use of cloud files.
- Attend internal coordination/design meetings.
- Issue project documents to internal/external engineers for approval.
- Produce deliverables in line with project programs.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
