Responsibilities
- Handle projects from initial enquiry through to final accounts.
- Undertake full financial control of projects, delivering works efficiently and profitably.
- Manage installation works on site while liaising with clients and other departments.
- Prepare detailed work programs to meet labour and deadline requirements.
- Liaise with manufacturing, design, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contract variations and agree on works where required.
- Identify potential problems, obtain commercial contractual advice, and ensure contract documentation and drawings are correctly designed.
