Typical Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle projects from enquiry to completion.
  • Ability to manage a construction programme and report accordingly.
  • To effectively manage the installation works on site whilst liaising with both sub‑contractors and clients.
  • Undertaking of relevant H & S duties ie safe starts, tool box talks etc.
  • Liaise with manufacturing, design and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to highlight any problem areas ensuring they are effectively communicated to the relevant parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.
  • To complete Quality Assurance documentation ensuring works are of the appropriate standard and report snags to sub‑contractors.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities on projects.
  • Any other duties commensurate with your position.

  • Desirable – Experience within a Data Centre environment
