Typical Responsibilities
- Ability to handle projects from enquiry to completion.
- Ability to manage a construction programme and report accordingly.
- To effectively manage the installation works on site whilst liaising with both sub‑contractors and clients.
- Undertaking of relevant H & S duties ie safe starts, tool box talks etc.
- Liaise with manufacturing, design and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to highlight any problem areas ensuring they are effectively communicated to the relevant parties.
- Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.
- To complete Quality Assurance documentation ensuring works are of the appropriate standard and report snags to sub‑contractors.
- Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
- Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities on projects.
