Key Responsib ilities Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across all business areas.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles Utilise Linked In Recruiter, job boards, talent mapping, networking and industry contacts to identify and engage passive candidates.

Build and maintain talent pools for future vacancies.

Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent.

Develop creative recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.

Identify and approach passive candidates for specialist and leadership vacancies.

Undertake targeted headhunting activities across engineering, technical and management disciplines.
